Multiplier Events

The „EU for YOUth” multiplier events, hosted across Europe, aimed to engage youth, youth workers, educators, and stakeholders in exploring the project results, the innovative art-based methodologies to address key challenges such as Euroscepticism and disengagement. These events sought to promote European values, strengthen civic responsibility, and empower young people to take an active role in shaping a united and inclusive Europe.

Through resources such as the Booklet of Good Practices, Manual for Combating Euroscepticism, the Training Toolkit, Microlearning Modules, and creative workshops, participants were equipped to use art as a vehicle for dialogue, critical thinking, and social cohesion in their communities.

From Belgium to Romania, Slovakia, and Italy, each event focused on equipping participants with the skills and knowledge to tackle these issues in their communities, fostering collaboration and inspiring action.

In Belgium, the event Debate on benefits of art methods in youth activities ( Brussels) focused on addressing Euroscepticism through art-based strategies. Workshops, discussions, and resources like the Manual provided participants with practical tools to engage youth in exploring European values and identity.

Similarly, the event in Slovakia Discussion on art based methods, held in Nitra, emphasized civic engagement through interactive discussions and resources like microlearning modules, empowering youth leaders and educators to foster active citizenship.

In Italy, the two multiplier events  called Innovation in youth activities using art methods and Inclusion of young people through art methods explored the potential of art and education to strengthen youth participation and European identity. One event emphasized the use of theater and visual arts to promote inclusion and creative dialogue, encouraging participants to implement these strategies in their local contexts. The other event focused on combining educational insights with art-based methodologies, featuring activities such as panel discussions and hands-on workshops.

The multiplier event in Romania, coordinated by Valahia University of Târgoviște, celebrated the project’s achievements with the panel Presentation of project results – The European Union and its new challenges. Main project resources were presented, and participants left inspired by the discussion on the European Union and its challenges including Euroscepticism.

The Final Conference coordinated by Asociatia Be You, the coordinator of the project, highlighted the role of innovative art-based methods in combating Euroscepticism, promoting European values, and fostering youth participation. All key project results were presented to young people, youth workers, educators, representatives of educational institutions, local officials, and international partners inspiring them to integrate art-based strategies into their youth work.

Together, these events exemplify the EU for YOUth project’s mission to create a united, inclusive Europe by equipping young people and stakeholders with innovative methods to foster civic participation and shared values.
